Voices of North Waltham, Photographs and Image Archive

This image archive completes our Society's Local Heritage Initiative. Funded by Lottery grants, we have produced a Trail Guide for visitors to our village, "Then and Now", a photographic booklet of changes through the Twentieth Century, and "Voices of North Waltham", a DVD using residents' memories of village life from the 1930s to the 1960s.

We illustrated "Voices" with dozens of photographs and images, many of which have been sorted and labelled for inclusion on our website. These provide a record of change from the former rural community to the modern commuter village of today. We hope you will enjoy viewing the pictures, and maybe will share any additional information you may have about North Waltham and will contact us to purchase copies of "Then and Now" booklet (£2.50) and "Voices of North Waltham" DVD (£5.00).
